What are your food loves? My Grandma’s Shepherd’s pie. It’s to die for. Any guilty pleasures? Anything chocolate-y! Do you have a favourite bite me. recipe? For me, it has to be the Mexican Tacos. They’re so quick and easy to make yet they look authentic and taste pretty impressive. What are your cooking abilities like - got any specialties? I feel pretty at home in the kitchen. I’m always experimenting; I love adapting traditional recipes and presenting them with a twist. Cooke by name, cook by nature! Do you know of any food or ingredient you could recommend that we might not have tried? Dragon fruit. They’re quite hard to find but they taste delicious. They’re shocking pink in colour, with green spikes. Definitely something to try if you haven’t already. |
