What are your food loves? Chinese and Italian food. Bellissimo! Any guilty pleasures? Hot fudge sundaes! Nothing better. Do you have a favourite bite me. recipe? Gnocchi with Gorgonzola - I cooked this at home and I was surprised at how much I liked it! It tastes so good and the cheese is amped with flavour. It's great on its own as a main dish, or you can use it as a side with your daily protein as a change from your average rice or pasta combos. What are your cooking abilities like - got any specialties? I wish I could say that I'm a maestro in the kitchen, but in truth I probably need to wear a hazard sign. I can whip up the odd adequate meal (aka microwave it), but my cooking antics have included almost giving myself food poisoning and somehow creating a chocolate omelette (not recommended)! That's one of the things I love about the cookbook we made; even I can follow the recipes and they're also much healthier than any of the ready meals or fast-foods I would usually get for myself. Do you know of any food or ingredient you could recommend that we might not have tried? Mangosteen - it's a really sweet exotic fruit that grows in Asia. It tastes delicious and its juice is even said to have healing properties. Love it.
